2005年7月3日下午5时许，漫步加的夫海湾之际，路遇威尔士千年中心。
该中心整个顶部用巨大青铜镶边，石板墙壁，内部展览艺术作品，
气势非凡，令人神往，是威尔士非常优秀的国际艺术中心。
在中心的正面壁面上，用大型粗体字镶嵌着硕大的威尔士语壁文：
In these stones/Horizons/Sing,and Creu gwir/Fel gwydr/
Offwrnais awen ('Creating truth/Like glass/From inspiration's furnace')

"The most recent addition to revitalised Cardiff Bay is the Wales Millennium Centre.This extraordinary building,a 'big bronze helmet'ringed with walls of slate,is Wales's stunning new international centre for the performing arts.Its dominant feature is a big bold series of inscriptions that read:In these stones/Horizons/Sing,and Creu gwir/Fel gwydr/Offwrnais awen ('Creating truth/Like glass/From inspiration's furnace')
