Conference dinner at Aberdare Hall

Saturday July 2nd 2005

Delegates are invited to attend the conference dinner to be held on the evening of Saturday July 2nd at Aberdare Hall, a beautiful wood-panelled Victorian house five minutes walk away from the conference accommodation. 

The cost of the dinner will be £30 fully inclusive. It must be booked in advance, when registering for the conference. If you would like to attend, please fill in section 4 of the registration form.

The dinner will begin with a Champagne welcome (Pigalle Brut), followed by a 5 course special dinner with wines (La Campagne Cabernet Sauvignon, VdP d'Oc and
La Campagne Marsanne-Chardonnay, VdP d'Oc).

Deep fried Camembert with red pepper pesto coating and gooseberry compôte
or
Roasted salmon with lemon and dill

Main Course

Saddle of lamb with port and sage sauce
or
Wild mushroom stroganoff with a vegetable rostini

Dessert

Fouladi flan with crème patissière and fresh fruit

A selection of traditional cheeses and biscuits

Coffee and mints

Wines and still/sparkling mineral water will be offered with dinner. There will also be a cash bar available, serving additional wines, spirits, beers and non-alcoholic drinks
